Meditation is a word that either excites of scares. While some of us may enjoy the thought of sitting in silence or chanting mantras to no end, many of us find that our minds and energies are too distracting and prevent us from experiencing the benefits of meditation. The benefits of a regular practice of meditation are seemingly infinite and can greatly enhance other areas of your life.
