My name is Kahseim Outlaw.  Some call me Kahs, Seim or Outlaw, but whatever you choose to call me, you can be sure that you're addressing a joyful and positive man with a passion for inspiring and motivating others to be the best version of themselves.  In addition to being a full-time father and husband, I am a Wellness Educator, Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Practitioner.  I've spent the last few years of my life working on my own self development so that I can be of greater value to all those around me.

Over these years, I've learned that adopting a mindset of relentless positivity and optimism, especially when engaging with others, is one of the greatest gifts I can share.  I've decided to dedicate my life to uplifting my fellow humans and  always doing my best to lead by example with integrity and enthusiasm!

A Wellness Educator for over 15 years, my journey on the inner path began in the form of a simple YouTube search for a meditative practice to quiet the busy, and often overwhelmed minds of my high school students.  What I ended up finding was the profound peace and clarity that came as a result of a personal practice of yoga and meditation.

By immersing myself in the many areas of holistic living, I’ve been able to transform my own life and positively influence the lives of the students I serve.  For the past 4 years, I’ve presented Mindfulness workshops for Wellness Educators from across the state of CT, with the goal of empowering them with resources to mitigate the effects of stress and promote a more peaceful and enjoyable learning environment.  I currently facilitate a weekly Mindfulness program available to all staff and students at my high school in Wallingford, CT with the aim of creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for all to practice self-discovery, rejuvenation, and transformation.

Increasingly being sought after as a speaker and workshop facilitator, I currently hold a Master’s in Integrative Health from The Graduate Institute, a 200-hr Yoga Instructor’s Certification through CT Yoga Center, and have completed both Jon Kabat-Zinn’s 8-week MBSR Course and The Isha Foundation’s 3-day Inner Engineering and Bhava Spandana Programs.
